  • Damage caused by improper charging accessories or power sources
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or aging
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other external events
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party channels not approved by Blackview Official Store
